What can a free account do?
Log in and get started straight away! Upload contacts, see the email templates and try out a fully-featured account. We'll give you 250 free emails to see if you like it before upgrading. The platform will look at your usage to find the perfect plan when you're ready to upgrade.
Can I change my plan?
Yup! You can change between starter, business and pro marketer at any time. Your billing cycle will reset if you move up to the next level.
Why pay for a plan?
A free email account, like Gmail, is a great way to start using email for your business. But you can spend hours manually creating emails, managing data and seeing the results from your campaigns. The power behind an email marketing solution like ours is being able to create professional HTML messages, see the results and integrate your marketing with apps you're already using.
How will you charge me once I upgrade?
Plans are pre-paid at the start of each monthly billing cycle. Monthly billing cycles start on the day you upgrade. This becomes your ‘pay date’.
What happens if I exceed my plan’s contact limit?
Not to worry, if you exceed your plan’s limit you will automatically be moved up to the next level. There's internal notifications and we’ll also let you know via email if your plan changes. Nothing will happen without you knowing.
Can I create my own templates?
The Bootgum Marketing Platform has a built in drag-and-drop HTML email editor. No HTML experience is required to create your own incredible email campaigns. Your account will come pre-loaded with icons, graphics, animations and images you can use to really make your next campaign pop.
